Shipping policy

Shipping:
Shipping is $7.95 flat rate with FREE shipping over $125 USD unless otherwise noted. At this time, we are only shipping within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees are non-refundable if making a return or exchange.

Current processing time is 1-4 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Orders begin processing on the following business day. Example: if you order on a Thursday, Day 1 = Friday, Day 2 = Monday, Day 3 = Tuesday ship.

This timeline is subject to change at any time due to macroeconomic factors, holidays, sales, and other peak volume times. Please keep in mind we are a family-run business so shipping can also be delayed sometimes due to illnesses, etc., but we work our hardest to ship your packages as fast as we can!

Shipping times on PREORDER items will vary as communicated in each individual listing. These are estimated time frames and subject to change. All updates will be communicated to the email address associated with the order. We ship preorder items as soon as we receive them in the order they were received.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Babes Boutique will not be held responsible for timeliness of packages after they are accepted by the carrier. Babes Boutique is not to be held responsible for packages lost or mishandled by the carrier. If you need expedited shipping, please reach us at hello@shop-babes.com to discuss options.

Please refer to the Return Policy for information on returns, refunds and exchanges - but note, shipping fees are non-refundable. 

NEW: As of June 14, 2024 - we are no longer affiliated with CommentSold. The CommentSold platform and the Babes Boutique app allowed for all orders placed within a 12-hour window to combine shipping. PLEASE NOTE, while this is something we are looking into for the future, this is NO LONGER THE CASE on our Shopify website. We will give one "grace" per customer through September 12, 2024 as this is a new transition. However, after the one "grace" or that 90-day period, we will NOT refund shipping charges for orders placed back-to-back.
