Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected and shipped back at your expense.
Returned items must be in NEW condition: scent-free, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (and undamaged packaging if applicable). If we smell perfume or smoke, see pet hair or visible blemishes, or if we can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned back to you at your expense, and we will no longer accept returns from you.
Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for return shipping and shipping fees for the exchange or next purchase with store credit.
Effective January 1, 2023, all FOOTWEAR will be charged a 15% restocking fee. For example, if you purchase shoes for $50 subtotal, you will receive a store credit valued at $42.50.
All gift cards, gifts with purchase, mystery items, accessories, underwear, food, sale items, items ending in .95, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Accessories include but are not limited to all Bags, Purses, Jewelry, Headbands, Hats, Scarves, Belts, Blankets, Socks, One-Sized Items, Tech, and more.
REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT:
As stated above, merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued by a digital code within 3 business days.
If the above time frames have passed and you have not received your return confirmation email or store credit, please double check the email used to place the original order as well as your spam or promotions folders. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@shop-babes.com.

As a reminder, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
